Subscription

How do I cancel?

Open iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > Rocco and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.

I changed phones or reinstalled the app

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account. If the app still asks you to subscribe, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Chores and photos

Rocco did not accept my photo

Rocco tells you what to fix. Make sure the whole area is in the frame and take the after photo from the same spot as the before photo. Each chore gets 3 tries a day. Photos of screens or very similar photos are not accepted.

Are my photos stored?

No. Photos are checked and then discarded. See the Privacy Policy.

Do not pretend to be someone else.
Only add people you know.

Report or block someone

On the Street, open their home and use the menu to remove, block or report them. Reporting also blocks them. We review reports within 24 hours, and you can also email us.

Your account

Delete my account

In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. This deletes your data from our server. It does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in iPhone Settings first.
